退乳酸跑~~
昨天山路馬下坡路段滾到3分速, 賽後脫襪子沖涼時左小腿兩度抽筋, 造成今天連走路左小腿都會酸, 所以只好以毒攻毒來個退乳酸慢慢跑...
天氣涼爽, 慢慢跑可以不用補水, 很順暢...
