好久沒跑步了,沒辦法啊!上禮拜幾乎都在上班,上到我成天昏昏沉沉的、全身無力,總算熬過去了,不過,年,也過了,感覺這個年過的,好累,都在上班,沒啥休息,唉,無奈,真無奈。
三月啦,新的開始,希望跑步生活的正常些,別再有一天沒一天的,可惜當我這麼說時,明天開始又要休跑兩日,這...把握當下、把握機會,能跑就加減跑一點吧!
往年過年期間我都會到景觀大道、南隘跑上一回,今年...沒辦到!遺憾哪!所以今天就是要彌補遺憾,目標就是跑這一趟。久久沒跑果然有差,前半段還好,後半段開始明顯感受到體力的下滑以及腳丫子的不聽話,看到本月要好好操一下,免得打回原形。不過也有可能體重上升的關係,這個年下來,保守估計大概重了1KG...不行不行,絕不能再增加了,要節制、要克制、要多運動、要有決心!
