很久沒到十八尖山午跑了,熟悉又陌生。午後人頗多,愈到傍晚人愈多,還好還有縫隙可鑽可跑。原本計畫的6趟,隨著體力的消耗、意志力的薄弱,漸漸變成5趟、甚至4趟,討價還價後,改成不堅持柵欄對柵欄,少跑一些陡坡距離,以達成妥協後的5趟。
期間遇到午跑班的神人,看他跑上坡如跑下坡的快速,真是羨慕啊!本想緊緊跟在其後頭,豈知這只是讓我自取其辱罷了,連他的尾燈都看不著,真慘啊!這就可以看出我的訓練量是如何的不足。不過,有跑就好,能減重、消脂我就很滿意了,其他...不太重要。
最大的目標:能持續跑下去。
