長距離配速跑
手錶沒電只好用手機的MW APP
但是配速顯示永遠是508不然就是533
但是跑完1K的語音顯示又是5分速內....
後來就憑感覺跑,反正本來就是要抓新竹馬的配速
不看配速去跑更有參考價值
跑完的心得是周六要5分速跑完是不可能,
我也不想練習不夠還去拼成績
所以還是用530配速前進。
