30K之後就GG了,自動轉換成登山健行模式,快到回程時太陽越來越大
補上心得
開始的一路到五分山雷達站,雖然也有下坡也有平路,但約22K的路段大部分都是上坡路段,於是就耗費大半體力,下坡段為了追回配速,於是開外掛開太過頭,體力來不及恢復,接著30K時又是2公里的陡坡,就GG啦,這樣一路走走跑跑的回到終點 賽後評分: 太累人的山路 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~137 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 137~154 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 154~160 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 160~169 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 169~174 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為174 點此去設定最大心率 |
