| 生日超馬真的很有事!!!
有鑑於前兩周合歡山馬狀況太慘烈,於是今日目標是 : 跑完就好!
第一圈的策略是順順跑,不要耗費太多腿力。
第二圈則是打算實施上坡走下坡跑,輕鬆完賽。
沒想到抽筋王竟然在此時重出江湖,後來果然一路走得很盡興= =
雖然途中還是胃脹吐了幾次,但整體的身體狀態還算不錯啦! 可惜GPS錶在最後幾K陣亡了,沒有紀錄完整的里程~
感謝老天爺給了一個很棒的超馬天氣,一路上沒有太熱到,還不時有涼風吹來,開心啊!!

謝謝政大女神無法跑還是一大早一起到會場加油補給,中午又趕回學校開會到晚上,辛苦了!!

跑的過程雖然覺得有些辛苦,想說幹嘛這樣早起整自己,自討苦吃!但是完成後還是有一種挑戰自我的成就感~
