| 個人全馬成績推進到330以內!
最近實力應該比白馬山(334)那時還要進步,但是這場跑起來卻覺得相當辛苦,沒有白馬山那時的順暢。前半馬在預估時間內完成,雙腳後小腿卻感到相當緊繃;後半馬還要爬個小山,果然在水里開始爬升時,平常跑馬不會抽筋的大腿後側居然抽筋,還好有穩定下來跑上最高點,接下來的4Km下坡就盡力而為!!
1.第一次穿C3fit壓縮褲上場,感覺上沒啥幫助到。
2.MW Watch數據很多,但是老花眼吃力!
