| 今天集集馬,有狀況!昨天的火鍋一直在肚中翻滾,一路屁聲不斷!前16k順順跑!過半馬折返點,開始上坡,出太陽!但還不錯!一路跑!但過陡坡後,就是急下,為保護膝蓋,一路降速跑。
除第二個補給站外,其餘每站必停,尤其是第二個折返點前2k的冰咖啡,銷魂啊!天熱,狂喝好幾杯!過33k開始下大雨,一路跑避免失溫感冒,但補給站竟然有好幾站沒食鹽,導致37k電解質失衡,加上又下大雨!兩腿開始抽筋了,開始跑走了!最後1k急性抽筋跺地處理。所幸完賽!
終點前300k的攝影大哥,謝謝您喊培慢加油,但小弟手滑保溫杯飛出去,彈到田裡,雖我花點秒數跳下去撿,但真的是手滑!!
