第一次的全馬,恭喜自己完成了這個不可能的任務,不管多快多慢,第一次就是PB😂快30公里時右後小腿度一度疼痛跑不起來,補充了舒跑+蜂蜜檸檬水+一根香蕉,舒緩了許多,但對於第一次跑超過23的人,跑到後來都覺得腳不是自己的,很懷疑人生!但!我做到了!
