工作人員服務親切,補給非常彭湃,路線上上下下非常虐心,賽後的豆花、炒米粉、維大力還有不錯吃的滷排骨便當,整體而言,非常喜歡這樣的賽事!推薦!!
最近因為練得少,開跑之前很心虛,速度大概配在六分速上下,能不抽筋完賽就是最大目標(另外,小小心願希望能4:30完賽),因為天氣不錯,一開始跑起來還蠻順的,即使是上坡也都還能順利凸上,不過,最後有一段連續上坡,真的太虐心啦!!最後還是在35K處抽筋了,只能稍作休息,還好最好調整跑步姿勢,還能繼續跑,就這樣慢慢凸回終點,跟前年比小小進步14分鐘左右,以最近的練習量,很偷笑啦!!
