十月快要過去了,經過月初荒廢砍掉重練後,後面的比賽就只當作練習了,再加上前幾天又有點晚睡,狀況不好也是預料中的事情,不過安樂盃8點才起跑可以睡久一點,感覺好像有賺到?這個周末剛好北部變天,昨天下過雨後今天是個涼爽的陰天,所以今天就決定輕鬆跑。
這場比賽是去年紅衣小女孩發跡的賽事,我對路線也略有印象,總之就是個上上下下上上下下的山路,配上涼涼有點細雨的天氣,跑起來滿舒服的不過第一段上坡結束開始下坡衝太快了,後面就有點GG的感覺,還好後來的路線至少都有撐住,加上上坡都沒有步兵,不過在接近34K補給站還是忍不住停下來,結果走兩步就看到補給站所以又開始跑了,真是有點蠢啊。後面的路段基本上下坡居多,慢慢把速度拉起來之後,最後2K幾乎都用衝的了,回到終點比想像中成績來得好,果然有時候覺得自己狀況差,並不一定真的是那樣啊!
