大亞馬果然是很值得每年都要來朝聖的賽道,雖然上上下下的坡很虐,但豐盛的補站讓難度減輕。去年跑30K組,另外去年10月來跑龍崎文衡殿半馬也跑過這條,但只有跑到二寮觀日亭,後面的就沒跑過,難度也是有挑戰性,這次因為上上下下的賽道,所以全程很保守跑,補給也每站停,太陽公公很幫忙,回程剰10K才出來上班,感謝上天神明菩薩,讓自己可以很輕鬆的跑。 賽後評分: 真的很棒的賽事,補給站的香蕉真大根 給 5 星  心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 97~118 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 118~133 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 133~138 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 138~146 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 146~150 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為150 點此去設定最大心率 |
