折騰一天了~趁著太陽公公剛下山還有些溫度~趕快到公司旁的小操場繞繞好幾圈~今天沒刻意追求速度只讓自己舒緩~畢竟接下來要玩全馬~所以我都會盡量拉LSD~還有今天慶祝某人終於可以跑步了!值得慶祝~尤其每次跑完半馬我都會喝上1罐芒果台啤~舒服ing
