淡慢早鳥團 Day 100
3:30am出門,從淡水家裡起跑 (帶著電擊棒) - 三芝興華派出所集合 = 10KM (第一次覺得自己這麼瘋狂在跑步大概這天可以排在前3名了.... 前陣子有天也是4am不到就出門跑淡水?! 為了趕上班前可以跑個半馬 XDDD)
為了趕上 5:00am 跟淡慢集合於 三芝興華派出所->巴拉卡->二子坪->大屯山助航站 (返) = 共25公里
今天是 10 + 25 = 35KM LSD 入袋 (只是巴拉卡上坡,我其實都在步兵,回程下坡也步兵了不少... (冏) 完全的無力啊.......
