今天天氣真的很適合跑馬,跑完不累很舒服,雖然免報名費的賽事但該有的都有,証書、獎牌、毛巾和衣服,補給也中規中矩,惟一可以挑剔的是里程好像有些不足差了1公里左右,不過加上去我應該還是破PB,離SUB4還是有些遠。
