手錶半途沒電,自補里程~
第一次的大環湖與學華哥同進同出,全程多次長時間補給與鬆弛腿肌,跑起來出乎預料的順暢。本以為後段会有抽抽樂,實際是無感🤔。也許是慢慢跑的原故,也可能是腿肌耐力在冬山河百K後真得進化了。學華哥後段膝蓋內側上方肌群出現痛點,他為了打破關西小七魔咒,堅持繼續走跑回水庫。我當然是陪他一起完成,沒先獨跑。最終與他摸黑中順利吃下72K的大環湖,真開心。也希望他過二天痛點處就可以恢復正常,畢竟無傷完賽才是我們跑馬的宗旨。
