| 托冷氣團蒞臨的福,今天的跑友圈到處都是破PB的喜訊,我自然也不能置身事外。
2017紅瓦厝保生盃馬拉松,第7馬,new PB 3h27m,sub 330的門檻終於跨過。
全程15-20度的氣溫再適合跑步不過了,把握難得的氣候,穩定配速推進,難得在30K之後沒有什麼撞牆的感覺,雙腿也都沒有任何要抽筋的跡象....跑得最好的一場馬拉松,卻也是跑得最輕鬆的一次馬拉松。(全程平均心跳才152bpm,有可能是我沒全力跑吧?)
