第 25K喝完自己帶的特調水,只好在河濱步道下去樹屋旁的 7-11買運動飲料跟果凍能量包。
最後的5K 因為太晚補給,體力出現明顯下滑,痛若指數一直升高,下次再修正補給時間點試試看,應該可以再提升一點點。加油~~~
