我的確是個非常、極度、超級自我感覺良好、又很不聽話的病患!
2月初進場維修後,想說已經休息一個月了!應該足夠了吧!
而且,再不出門,憂鬱負面情緒無處宣洩,也讓我失眠快崩潰了!
但是,這一場我自認為是跑馬以來最崩潰的一場,雖然路線全程起伏不大,氣溫也稍高了些!(跑過澎湖、綠島、蘭嶼,這熱度算是小case)雖然一開始就有要隨時棄賽或是被關門的心理準備,但虛榮感作祟的就是要看自己體力能力應該可以應付吧!
