好久沒跑長距離了,今天想說不要抽筋順利完賽就好,前半段有刻意放慢跑,所以也沒有什麼配速。
但是後半段大太陽就開始高高掛了,要加速也沒辦法了,最後的幾K想說至少也要壓在4:30,但是真的是我想太多了,練不夠不能怪天氣,是自己訓練不足,下一場再來討回來。
