一開始最擔心的上坡,反而因為一開始體力正好,倒不成問題。反而是後來一路的上上下下,讓我從小腿抽動,到最後大腿整個僵硬,整個跑不起來,因此沒把握到最後的下坡。
還好最後的3,4k,找到了一點節奏,不過也不敢快。
最後的跑跑走走,讓體溫留失,一整個覺得好冷。
以後還是報報平地馬就好XD
