被賈教練的設定的比賽目標嚇到皮皮挫,本想5k退乳酸就好,後來還自動加碼到14k退乳酸跑,起跑沒多久就遇到"偷跑"的Amy姐哦!小聊幾句就分開各自練習~10K過後,很明顯的雙腳無力,就把後面這4K想像成八卦馬回程上坡的感覺…天啊!好想哭哦!真累…這次的目標~~~難度太高了…(泣ING)
