下班後看醫生,沒有發燒了,
於是,計畫好久的小南海跑跑步,
一再延宕之後,總算成行,
不過感冒有差,
肌肉一直保持痠痛的狀態,
跑得好累!!
今天這樣早晚加起來,也算接力抓了半隻馬耶!呵~~
