so hard to get up this morning & my thighs were sore since last night...started late today & told myself, stop whenever i think its enough. long time no see 陳大哥, ran and chatted together for 6k, after he left for work, i felt fine to do another 6k, finished before kids come out with brooms ;)
早上好難起床而且昨晚開始大腿們超痠@@今天晚起跑,跟自己說,跑到不想跑就收工吧...結果遇到好久不見的陳大哥一起跑了6k,之後他先去上班,感覺不錯就再跑個6k多趁小屁孩提著掃把噴出來前快閃!
