今天是來補課的,天氣意外的好,想說昨天團練今天慢慢跑好了,沒想到大Ben說也要去,還說希望可以跑進均630(還說不在意速度),去程他帶路,一開跑就一直加速,我在後面os可惡這麼快就想幹掉我哈哈哈,回程換我帶路,逆風很怕我拖累他,還好今天有撐住,最後2K 還是覺得好遠哦,終於,,謝謝大ben 陪跑。
