這是有始以來第一次跑十公里想放棄的一場,可能是八月份練的不夠,但是天氣真的是太熱了,一直想喝水,但水喝了又很飽,而且會大量流汗虛脫,因為補給站沖水的關係,我的手機也掛了,呵呵,正好可換新機~~~
賽後評分: 這時候就已經很熱了,還延後半小時,所有跑者幾乎都跑不起來,建議以後可以提早提早提早起跑
