本來想說要6年來最快
結果變6年來最慢
除了穿了失敗的襪子 軟腳坐骨神經發炎不太行以外 爬升也不好跑 重點天氣太熱 一直喝飲料 越喝越口渴 肚子越飽
雖然最後1K追4個人也沒有用了
運動就好 先想辦法讓傷痛降低
