大熱天練跑,前35K(回程到公館)5分速跑,花了2小時53分之後,到公館還上廁所、喝水10分鐘,之後出發掉到7分速,到陽光橋再上廁所也休息5分鐘,此時已經花3小時28分,剩下3公里就用快走的回到碧潭,扣掉休息大約3小時55分。簡直熱昏了!!
