高雄Ajax 高雄Ajax 阿里港,2年前我的第一場路跑賽事,也是我的初馬
2年後又回到阿里港,這是我的赤足初馬
兩年前還不懂得配速,起跑後約15公里就爆掉開始當步兵,最後雖然仍在關門前回來,但跑得痛苦無比。
兩年後記取教訓,一開始都把心跳控制在150以內,前半馬狀況保持得還算不錯,但少了LSD的練習,只把半馬賽是當LSD,賽前一周因為工作關係又沒能維持跑量,過了半馬開始感覺肌肉僵硬,一直保持跑步前進的狀態在過了30公里後開始變成跑走狀態,33公里處在里港大橋返程處左腳底採到碎玻璃,立刻排除並持續前進,但過橋後上了最後一段堤防,此時腳底狀態已相當敏感,加上堤防上柏油鋪面不佳又有許多細砂石,幾乎無法抬起腳來跑步,是賽事中最痛苦的一段,最後在跑跑走走中,以5:30的成績回到終點,較兩年僅進步40分,離自己賽前訂的5小時也有段落差,不過能夠赤足無傷完賽,其實也頗感欣慰 賽前宣言: 全馬,好累! 賽後評分: 雖然感覺路線普普,有一段還非常有「味道」,但補給好,鄉民熱情,值得來此體會當地風情 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~165 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 165~171 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 171~181 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 181~186 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為186 點此去設定最大心率 |
