今日功課16K配速跑,原本計畫陽光橋出發熱身2K後,用5分15秒的速度跑完之後的14K,但在13K的時候,右大腿有點要抽筋的感覺,只好停下來走走,剩下的3K就邊走邊跑,慢慢的完成預定的距離~
