輕鬆跑(姿勢調整)
早上去治療師那邊作平衡動作的指導。順便處理一下左腳腳掌的問題,治療師比較兩隻腳腳底的筋膜緊度後跟我說。左腳的問題是足底筋膜炎。幫我筋拉開之後教我幾個動作回去自我復健。
晚上練跑時就可以感受到動作的不同,前一兩週腳掌落地聲響極大。現在變的小很多,也跑的順多了。治療師還滿厲害的她早上判斷的沒錯。他說我的活動度增大了但肌力還不夠。所以我的動作會怪怪的。早上的重點在強化我核心的控制。看來他的課表未來幾週要認真作作。
