與大宗的恢復訓練,前5K節奏跑,然後轉進操場間歇跑,結果我跑兩趟就膝蓋有fu,宣告GG了....但我怎麼可以拋下大宗,只好以節奏跑速度去追大宗,TMD有夠累...簡直要追1K才追的到他,然後只能歇半圈又要繼續...最後緩跑草地,再去喝個熱拿鐵,宋啦!(喝完天氣轉冷了,冷到想哭)
