台南Redturtle 第4馬 + 12自嗨馬 = 16馬
2015第九屆臺南古都國際馬拉松258,總7
一堆高高手落馬,連黑人也落馬,幸運撿到總7
原本賽前的目標只有分組,進終點後聽到是總7,有點意外
跑到15~20K左右,肚子開始痛了起來,一直忍痛回到終點
馬上去拉了一堆,才比較緩解肚子的不舒服
到了30K之後,大腿內側被摩得紅腫
30K之後,2種痛苦交雜,跑得精神都渙散了
該考慮買條跑步專用的褲子了
最後2K被總6輾過,進終點前又差點被總8的高中小弟K掉
最後幾K嚴重掉速,完全hold不住
果然速度快還是有差,後半比平常練跑的狀況還差很多
途中跟Zia擊掌,真是讓人感到興奮。
賽後跟好久不見的高中同學小聊了一下
可是因為要趕著接小孩去進行帆船訓練,無暇多聊,實在可惜
接完小孩,又趕回會場等頒獎,並享用隊上豐盛的補給
晚上又跟隊上大聚餐,真是讓人感到爽快啊~~
不過,這場一點也不像辦了第九次的比賽
個人覺得問題如下:
1.折返點之前,工作人員基本上是不太引導路線的
2.從折返點之後回來,補給站擠滿了全馬後半段的跑者
所以補不到水更補不到食物
3.下了四草大橋之後,跟半馬的人混在一起
雖然事先看過路線說明,知道應該要跑安北路回來
但是沒有人指引全馬的跑者應該要跑安北路
所以不敢自作主張地跑,只好跟著半馬的跑者們一起跑
結果多跑了約700m,也導致被總6在最後2K輾過
而這是賽後過了約9小時才知道自己多跑了
4.最後8K左右跟半馬的跑者全混在一起
所以補給站一樣擠滿了人,一樣補不到水及食物
總之,過了折返點再遇到人群後,就沒有補過水及食物
5.多跑的那一段路,中間遇到發信物的工作人員
明明一堆跑者要拿信物,竟然手中抓緊信物,跟旁邊的人聊天
而這個半馬信物,我是直接從工作人員手上搶下來的
也是因為這個多出來的信物,才知道多跑了700m
6.還有其它的小缺失,但就不多談了
總之,不太像個辦了很多屆的比賽
連路上前來協助維持秩序的警察工作同仁都在抱怨
不過,因為很快跑過去,只知道在抱怨主辦單位
不是很確定在抱怨什麼事
