訓練內容:
1. 阻力訓練傘 Resistance Parachute
剛開始, 還可以
2. 自身體重訓練 Bodyweight Training (@42")
Close Grip Push-up
Side Planks with Rotation , 左右左右咁做
Side Kick Through , 左右左右咁做
三個都靠手支撐, 我做完 Push Up 手已經開始震
團體訓練 Partner Training
兩個一組一齊做 (@42")
Push up 每一下握手一次
Sit up 互相推對方落去
Jump Lunge
心肺訓練 Cardio Training
已經有人做到到嘔, 我都開始暈 :P
基本上係跳跳跳, 再加提腿 (向旁邊或前面), 原地密腳跑, 蹲低跳, 蹲低跳再空中換腳
藥球 Medicine Ball
Spiderman Push Up on Medicine Ball
V-Sit, 跳住做 Sit up
Hamstring Bridge on Medicine Ball + Leg Raise
戰繩 Battle Rope
Alternating Wave
Star Jumps (Train Shoulder)
Crossovers (Train Abs)
