可是可能因為昨天跑山路超半馬
昨晚吃喜宴吃太飽吃到9點多
回家後又啃了5個麵包
所以2點起床時都還沒消化
導致跑跑時肚子因為還沒消化而鬧疼
兩者交互影響下,根本就完全沒力,嗨不起來
全程忍著肚疼直至結束
跑得好痛苦
雖然跑完還是沒消化,還是怒吃一塊大雞排
準備採買補給上工繼續去陪考
