| 今天一早就上網查天氣,一看下雨機率90%,就決定只穿短褲背心跑,結果出發後一直沒有什麼雨,感覺好悶熱,一度太陽還出來晃晃,讓我整個大崩潰,天那!我今天可是一毫克的防曬乳液都沒有抹啊!大哭!心裡一直想著毀容毀容毀容了,而且今天這場感覺不管喝多少水吃多少西瓜還是覺得好渴好渴,汗就一直留不停,每一站都吃超多西瓜的,唉!成也西瓜敗也西瓜,沒西瓜我也跑不動,有西瓜根本就不想離開補給站,最多時吃完4塊才不甘願的離開繼續跑,,結果整場時間超過我預設的破4目標,想說平地的全馬已經有4場破4了,想說這場應該也可以,結果因為太熱根本跑不動,而且吃西瓜真的花了不少時間,最慢的1km是7:44分,。
