賽前宣言: 享受跑步
賽後評分: 2022萬金石馬拉松354
前一晚照例8點多睡覺,3點半起床,4點10分出門車上早餐,5:00左右抵達萬里停車場上廁所,會場附近已停滿車,往玉田路找尋車位,離會場約1.5k處停車,下坡散步至會場,準備工作完畢,6:10進入B區緩跑,知道今天跑不快,就盡量往後站。鳴槍起跑,過隧道後就將口罩脫下來,一片大海迎面而來,氣溫舒爽非常享受的跑步時光,沿路加油的團隊非常活力熱情,今年的補給改為瓶裝300ml礦泉水及罐裝245ml舒跑,每5k補給站必進站補給,每10k再加自己帶的鹽錠,前半程把速度壓在五分內,在折返點遇到345配速列車,pacer跟大家說回程逆風上坡,速度會下修至p5:25,我慢慢超過列車後,果然遇到逆風,開始找人擋風,30k之前跑得算輕鬆而游刃有餘,30k後感覺到撞牆期準備來臨,把速度再往下降,33k開始右大腿後側小小抽了一下,速度再放慢,找醫護站噴肌樂,36k二隻大腿股四頭肌感覺也想抽筋,先前受傷的左脛後肌也隱隱加入抗議行列,此時速度接近走路狀態,看到345配速列車快速地從我身邊超越過去,最後只能以這種狀態慢慢跑回終點,近終點前老婆大人在天橋上大喊加油,突然眼匡泛紅覺得異常感動,看到終點計時3:54,就不急著衝線了,慢慢跑進終點線,轉身向賽道致謝~
賽後老婆先帶我去會場免費按摩,國體大中醫社非常專業,抽筋的大腿完全被釋放鬆開,再到冰敷池冰敷小腿半小時,會場還有熱水盥洗室,洗完澡真的很舒服,最後享用石門粽及午餐,完美的賽後服務~雖然成績比台北馬慢了33分鐘,不過還是享受了一場很棒的賽事,更重要的是:未來三年萬金石都不用再抽籤了,三次萬金石的成績剛好2017sub6、2018sub5、2022sub4 哈哈~
