| 初馬完成!
練跑九個月,跑了二千公里,爆瘦16公斤,終於完成真正屬於自己的第一場全程馬拉松,也為往後的百k超馬踏出了第一步。
這段練跑之路,跑的跌跌撞撞;尤其是帶著81公斤體重,多年未運動而鬆跨的肥肉,以及年近半百又帶有舊傷的年紀,跑起來真的是倍極辛苦。原本是為健康、減肥名義而跑,後來是為了跑馬而跑,引發了另一半的強烈反對聲浪,這又加重了練跑的辛酸。還好這一路上擁有許多MW好友無私的指導、經驗分享、溫馨鼓勵及加油打氣,讓我的長跑能力日漸茁壯,也免於受傷,更讓我渡過每一次的低潮期。
PS.特別感謝『神穗』同學上周的屏東國道馬放心讓我這跑馬菜鳥來配速,並全程陪跑,讓我清楚明白自己的程度到哪,做為今日配速之基準。
