新北市萬金石馬拉松
訂不到住宿,直接試車宿,睡不習慣還遇到大雨,沒啥睡= ="只能喝咖啡
開跑心律就怪怪的,比平常高很多,然後練習沒超過25K過,果然30K後就爆炸XD
不虧是萬金石,回程上坡逆風+大雨,不好跑的場地,但風景很棒就是,最後都吹海風放推😎
賽前宣言: 意外中籤了!好久沒有跑全馬...感覺那天會累爆...
不曉得睽違多年是否能有一個大突破,希望能SUB330!加油!
賽後評分: 物資、會場、指示、動線、路線、攤位、交管都非常棒,不虧是金標賽事!建議如果有拿專門的寄物袋還是給使用,畢竟那比較大和好背,也不用做一堆塑膠寄物袋。
