台北市Liwei Chen 遇上史上最冷的寒流
5度左右還下雨
跑起來一開始還能維持5分40的配速
但是在25K附近膝蓋突然出狀況
整個跑不起來
前21K花了2小時
後21K花了2個半
成績是不難看
但是後面跑得很掙扎 最後跑完超冷
趕快搭接駁車回台大醫院站 搭小黃回家
後來還去參加婚禮 XD
後來想膝蓋發生問題的原因
可能是最近一個月都只有跑周末的長距離
周間休息太久?
或是鞋子已經該換了
之後應該讓2000 2 2E上場了
下一場是1個月後的藍鯨
