最近沒什麼急迫目標,跑起來就有點散漫。中午剛修好心跳帶,配合這裡新的圓餅圖來看一下我的心跳分佈。結果跑完嚇到,怎麼都在第一區間?難道是放太鬆了?可是跑到後段明明還是無力阿~
可能天氣悶熱也有關係吧,中午雖然沒有陽光,可是比起前幾天明顯升溫,南風悶濕也不太舒服,使我一直流汗想喝水。黑豆倒是還好,最近比較少機會出來,今天看起來精神很亢奮。跑到捷地爾海邊回頭後,去買一罐水,老闆問「牠也陪你跑喔?」我說他比我快多了。
