距離一長,體力不足的缺點又浮出來了,不過今天也爆太早...21之後就沒什麼幹勁...雖然再拖下去,也能繼續用4'50"/km撐到30公里,但還是選擇先收工休息,看來比賽當天除了要祈禱有個好天氣之外,體力分配的策略也要調整一下。
