[單人自助環大台北之旅]

無傷很幸福,自助就可以把帶著2015.11.28冬山河100K後雙腳踝發炎傷勢出賽的2015.12.06環大台北60K認證賽8小時半完賽給電爆了。
補給策略 : 水袋背包裝1公升,不過很少動,主要靠手持容量530ml的寶特瓶(裝滿運動飲料),大佳河濱過後4K有間廟裝水,研究院路便利商店補給,深坑時便利商店補給,景美第二個水門,好像叫溪州也出去在全家補給,最後大稻埕販賣機買一瓶水。
起跑時淋雨,深坑後給我出太陽...被烤了至少1小時半以上,根本沒準備防曬...吼
