路線有難度,兩趟山路折返+老官道,坡度有點陡,後半段太陽出來很曬人,但後10K是緩下坡,有堅持衝點速度,雖然沒有在5小時前回來,但勉強覺得還可以,前一次4:21快了近一個小時,那一年體能訓練不錯吧~唉!
賽前宣言: 跑
賽後評分: 今年場地延伸到後面的農莊當作衣物保管,環境略好,還可以坐下來休息、水龍頭洗臉等,但碎石地沒有整平還是不舒服;更衣間其實有水盥洗(但是水很小很小),但沒有宣傳,很多跑者不知道去哪盥洗;路線安排有點難度,兩趟鯉魚潭山路+老官道,風景算是不錯,沿路都有三角錐隔開跑者路線,安全;補給內容豐富且充足,難得一次吃到草莓、香腸、饅頭、豆乾、草莓牛奶、荷包蛋...,還有很多種類水果、魯味、小菜等等,因為中途發現胃腸有點不舒服不敢多吃。整體給這場賽事高評價,未來有機會繼續參加~
