這次萬金石馬因左小腿受傷2個多月尚未康復,賽前也只能先以完賽為目標,再看看起跑後的狀況及跑感而定!
6:30起跑時為溫度19°/濕度92%,天氣陰但不給力,起跑後腳痛感覺不像之前嚴重,在還能承受範圍,跑感也還不錯(好像又重燃破4希望)!10K後太陽露臉了,在全程幾乎無遮蔭的北海岸公路,考驗即將開始!
去程跑得還算平順但不敢提速,因為回程逆風又有麥當勞魔王坡要保留體力;但半馬折返後馬上感受到體能開始明顯衰退,雙腳愈來愈重,速度愈掉愈多,這是不好的徵兆!還好今年回程無北風攪局,但是熱情的太陽全程陪同!只能一直提醒自己,絕對不能當步兵,否則破4希望馬上破滅。
來到磺清大橋上麥當勞坡時,心力交瘁一度很想當步兵,還是忍住咬牙慢慢龜(此時只能學習烏龜精神!),一路龜上獅頭山金山青年活動中心。
殘酷的事實來了!35K此時被4小時列車超車(完蛋了!),想上車又心有餘而力不足,只能看著列車一路遠離視線,漸漸看不到車尾燈。
後面只能一路苦追,大腿後側又有點要抽筋的感覺,心想盡力跑就對了,到這裡了絕對不能放棄!真的是名符其實跟時間賽跑!最後3K體能有稍微回神一些,進了隧道後還有約1.5K,此時也不知道還有多少時間?不管那麼多,加速全力衝刺跑就對了,(對比2014那年,跑到隧道內整個人沒體力幾乎快暈倒!)
感覺回程的隧道特別長啊!怎麼一直看不到出口?折騰了一段時間後終於看到曙光,出隧道口後看了一下時間,還有3分多鐘,篤定自己能達標後,才有如釋重負的感覺,終於~終於~破4了!
賽後評分: 半馬回程路線上坡較多不好跑,尤其是33K麥當勞坡到金山活動中心,考驗體力及意志力!志工及鄉親加油團很給力,補給就是標準賽事中規中矩,很棒的一場賽事!
