| 八點過後太陽很嚴厲地曬著,一點遮蔽物也沒有,也沒有風,只好啟動關門組的跑法,走比跑多。好熱好熱,快中暑囉!
回程到高美濕地,小雜貨店開門了,不囉唆馬上來一罐小海,補充能量,又迅速降體溫,讚!
自己頹廢太久,跑起來好費力,怨不得人。
