廢了一星期,每天總想去跑,結果看個球賽,就不想去跑了,今天雖然有點晚,但實在太久沒跑了,所以雖然有點小冷,還是去跑...不過最近可能核心肌群沒練習,總覺得跑的姿勢不正確,而且容易累,完全不像以前的冬天,現在都跑個10公里就開始累了...還要多練跑才行...
