支持在地的賽事;感謝大華慢跑協會動員許多的會員和志工為跑友們服務;天氣悶熱+空污威脅,算是一場不友善的環境賽事。路線以單車國道為主,沒有跑到屏科大再繞回來,相較以往比較能夠發揮。
對我而言,跑步當下的想法是關鍵,這場配速刻意在前10K配得快一點,給自己一些突破,後面會不會爆掉就看著辦,大致配速下:
前10K:均速4'20";11~20K均速4'35";21~30K均速;4'35";31~40K均速4'30"
實際的完跑里程數多了7~800公尺,沒關係!跑得快樂比較重要!
