第三次參加新竹城市馬拉松,只是這次參加全馬。
今天參加路跑的人很多,從鳴槍到我通過起始點已經將近過了7分鐘,原本想跟著4小時的配速員,但是沿路都不見4小時配速員的蹤影,一直到40K左右才追到配速員,終於達成大會時間4小時內的目標。
感謝南人幫之前常帶我跑永和山,所以這次新竹馬的爬坡對我來說還蠻習慣的,雖然南人幫最近比較少一起團練,期待能夠聽到大家的歡笑聲。
另外特別感謝義杰及國韶前陣子帶我跑大甲,這一趟讓我學到很多補給的知識。
