台北市Ming Yeh
不喜歡帶著水跑步, 一般12K以下是全程不喝水, 但是半馬從來沒有全程不喝水, 最高紀錄是去年台北馬一直忍到18K撐不下去才停下來喝水.
今天天氣微涼, 天空又飄著小毛毛雨, 索性就來挑戰半馬不停機不喝水吧!
起跑後, 前6K因為逆風很掙扎, 一度懷疑可否撐完21K, 過了逆風區後7-12K順風又覺得充滿活力信心大增, 第9K取出身上的鹽糖含在口中, 過了16K時總平均速度還保持在4'53", 到從18K到21K又是逆風, 這4K的速度掉得比較大, 全程跑完一滴水沒喝就靠著一顆鹽糖完成4分速自主半馬.
哈哈~我終於達成了不喝水自主半馬, 我辦到了...冬季是跑者進化的季節呀!
